This game is an independently produced fan-made derivative work. Development has been authorized by the original creator, イニミニマニモ?. However, the original creator is not involved in operating or supporting this game. Please do not send inquiries about this game to the original creator. If you find a problem or bug, please use the bug-report form on the game page.

1. Information Collected

The open alpha test does not use a Google login, application form, selection process, or invite code. We also do not collect an email address in order for you to participate.

The following information is collected or generated when you use the game:

Your Google Account password, name, street address, telephone number, and X ID are not collected when you participate in the game. Do not enter or show email addresses or other personal information in free-text fields or screenshots.

2. Purposes of Use

3. Information Visible to Other Participants

Participants may be able to view in-game display names, match results, decks used, match histories, and replays, including those of other participants, from in-game lists. We recommend that you do not use a name that readily identifies you as your in-game display name.

Your anonymous client ID, signed access token, IP address, and internal administrative information will not be disclosed to other participants. Bug reports and feedback will also not be disclosed to participants unless you separately consent.

4. Browser Storage

The anonymous client ID and access token are stored in browser storage to maintain your participation state. If you delete browser site data (local storage), use private browsing, or use a different browser or device, you may lose access to the same data even if the data remains on the server.

At this time, there is no feature for transferring open-participation data to another browser or device.

5. External Services and Previous Application Data

Hosting, network, domain, and DNS services contracted by the operator are used to distribute and operate the game. Each service may process information to the extent necessary to provide the service and maintain security.

Application information and verified email addresses collected through Google Forms under document version 2026-07-alpha-1 will continue to be handled under that version’s Privacy Notice. This document does not expand the purposes or retention period for that previous application information.

6. Retention and Deletion

Open-alpha data such as anonymous client IDs, access tokens and participation state, profiles, progress, decks, match history, replays, and disconnection, failure, or access logs will, in principle, be deleted within 30 days after the alpha test ends, no later than September 4, 2026.

Records in bug reports, feedback, and attached screenshots that are linked to an anonymous client ID or other environment identifier, as well as personal information included unintentionally, will also, in principle, be deleted by September 4, 2026.

Operational backups containing data scheduled for deletion will be deleted within seven days after the primary data is deleted.

If a response to misuse, a service failure, or a legal requirement remains ongoing, the minimum records necessary for that response may be retained until the matter is resolved. Match statistics, aggregated results, issue descriptions, and summaries of feedback may continue to be used for quality improvement after the retention period if links to individuals or environments and identifying information such as display names have been removed.

7. Disclosure and Publication

Collected information will not be sold. It will not be provided externally for purposes outside those stated above, except for necessary processing by the external services listed above, with the individual’s consent, or when required to comply with laws or legal processes.

8. Changes

If the collected items, purposes of use, scope of visibility, or retention period change in a material way, the document version will be updated and participants will be notified when necessary through the game page, the X account used for announcements, or another appropriate channel.
