1. Test Overview

This is an open alpha test of the in-development online TCG “Blacksouls CARDGAME,” intended to test networking and operation, investigate bugs, analyze match data, and improve the game.

No Google login, application form, selection process, or invite code is required. During the test period, you may participate directly from the game page. Waiting may occur, and access or new matches may be temporarily restricted because of congestion, maintenance, service failures, or security concerns.

2. Supported Environment

Smartphones and tablets are not supported. Operation is not guaranteed on every environment, even when these requirements are met.

3. Conditions of Participation

4. Anonymous Access and Data Storage

On your first visit, an anonymous client ID is generated for your environment and the server issues a signed access token. They are used to confirm participation and to store and synchronize profile, progress, and deck data.

If you delete browser site data (local storage), use private browsing, or use a different browser or device, you may lose access to the same data. At this time, there is no feature for transferring open-participation data to another browser or device.

Do not share the anonymous client ID, signed access token, or other internal information with anyone else.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Access may be suspended or revoked without prior notice if a violation or serious disruption to test operations is confirmed.

6. Match History and Information Visibility

Participants may be able to view in-game display names, match results, decks used, match histories, and replays, including those of other participants, from in-game lists. Do not use a name that readily identifies you or violates public order and standards of decency as your in-game display name.

7. Streaming, Recording, and Screenshots

Streaming, recording, and publishing screenshots from the alpha test are permitted only if all of the following conditions are met:

8. Content Notice

9. Important Alpha-Test Information

This service is still in development. Bugs, connection failures, maintenance, specification changes, card adjustments, data resets, unannounced temporary suspensions, or termination of the test may occur.

Continuous availability, successful matchmaking, data retention, operation in a particular environment, individual support, and individual replies to inquiries are not guaranteed.

The operator is not responsible for indirect damages arising from participation in the test.

10. Feedback

Bug reports, opinions, and suggestions that you submit may be used to develop Blacksouls CARDGAME and improve its quality, features, and game balance. Submission does not guarantee adoption, compensation, or an individual reply. If you find a problem or bug, please use the bug-report form on the game page.

11. Ending Use and Changes to Conditions

You may stop using the game at any time. Deleting data from your browser does not immediately delete data held on the server. Server data will be handled according to the retention periods in the Privacy Notice.

If important conditions change, the document version will be updated and participants will be notified when necessary through the game page, the X account used for announcements, or another appropriate channel.
